Scot Patterson, President

Scot oversees real estate development activities for California Gold. He has been instrumental in garnering new business for the company, from sourcing and acquiring raw land to populating projects with national tenants. Scot has created relationships with notable entities such as Lowe’s, Starbucks, ATT Wireless, Regal Cinemas, Applebee’s, Jamba Juice, Game Stop, Sally Beauty, and Subway. His responsibilities also include working with financiers to structure various ownership arrangements.

In addition to heading up real estate development activities, Scot is also the Broker/Owner of Prudential California Real Estate in Sonora, a full-service commercial and residential real estate brokerage firm. Scot oversees approximately 60 sales associates, and under his guidance the brokerage has been named Tuolumne County’s Best Real Estate Brokerage for the past four years. Prior to joining California Gold, Scot worked as a real estate agent at Re/Max Park Place Realtors in Sonora, CA, subsequent to his playing semi-professional basketball in Australia. Scot earned his B.A. in Business Management/Marketing from Fresno Pacific University.
