Mark Patterson, Vice President of Construction

Mark Patterson serves as Vice President of the Construction Division for California Gold. Mark joined CA Gold Development Corporation in August of 2007 after spending the previous 10 years in the development and construction business as a self-employed contractor. Mark’s experience includes residential home development and construction, commercial office construction, retail construction, school construction projects, medical office and clinic construction. Prior to owning his own construction business, Mark served as a fireman for the Modesto Fire Department.

Mark is responsible for overseeing all of the construction activities of California Gold, including project management, subcontractor relations, scheduling, materials, progress payment approvals, and design consultant management. He works closely with architects and engineers to insure that every project built meets the high standards of California Gold.

Mark currently is a director of the Tuolumne County Building Industry Association. Mark, his wife and family attend Sierra Bible Church in Sonora.
