CALIFORNIA GOLD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION was originally founded in 1978 as a general contracting company. In subsequent years, the company acquired a general engineering license in order to facilitate its “turn-key” approach to the projects it undertakes. Since its inception, California Gold has consistently developed highly successful commercial and residential developments. In 2009, California Gold added LEED management capabilities to its skill set. The corporation is comprised of three main divisions: the construction division, the development division, and the real estate division.
